Otter Lodge - Private Pond!

Our stay at the Otter Lodge in August 2026 was nothing short of amazing. The property was big enough to hold a wedding ceremony and reception for about 125 people and the outdoor views were spectacular. The private pond and the fountain were the perfect backdrop for our wedding ceremony. The house had plenty of room for our entire bridal party to stay the weekend with us, and gave us plenty of space to enjoy each other’s company while preparing for our wedding. I definitely recommend the Otter Lodge to any couple looking at venues in North Eastern Pennsylvania!

We had a great stay at the Otter Lodge. Tons of room and the description of the house was spot on. Host communication was 10/10. Hope to stay again in the future!

The 2nd stay at Otter Lodge and even better than last year! So much space for the family indoors and out! Movie room turned into the teenager lair! Plenty of meals at the large dining table and the bus station was not very far away for our daughter to catch back to airport! Host Jason is always attentive tho we didn’t need much help as everything was top notch. We even had snow and they plowed and shoveled and salted promptly. Entire extended family had the best time! Thank you!!!

There were 17 of us who stayed at the Otter Lodge for a weekend. The hosts were extremely responsive to our requests before and during our stay. There was plenty of room! The house was very clean and beautiful. We are looking forward to staying again!
